We have a delivery fee based on distance, delivery charge is subject to delivery location. Please contact us for exact details or you can check the estimated fee from our on-line purchasing order page.
order between 9:00 am - 3:30 pm (local time) can be delivered within the same day.
order between 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm (local time) can be delivered on the next day before noon.
order after 5.30 pm. can be delivered on the next day afternoon.
Our delivery team can only wait 15 minutes at your location. Please be prepared to receive the goods, as it could delay other customer deliveries.
We know you are busy, so if you are not available to receive the goods, we can leave them with a designated person/location. We will inform you when they are delivered.
For peak season e.g. Valentine’s day. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to high demand. You will be given the optional of choosing between morning, afternoon delivery. (Morning is between 8.00 am - 1.00 pm and afternoon is between 1.00 pm - 7.00 pm)
Incorrect / Incomplete delivery information
If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information when placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery. If our administrator report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will try to contact you by email to confirm the details to collect the additional information from you.
In case of a recipient reject delivery of an order, no refund or replacement will be offered.
Product Substitution Policy
Sometimes that we may not have some items listed in the product description in stock. We reserve our rights to substitute container and/or modify decorations and flowers in similar or better appearance and value depending on stock availability to ensure and on-time delivery without prior notice.
Cancellation your order Policy
Orders can usually be cancelled up to 48 hours before the delivery date. You can cancel your order by informing us by email. Please noted that once orders have been 'assigned to production', orders cannot be cancelled and no changes can be accepted.
Please noted that for peak season (Valentine's Day), we are unable to guarantee to cancel orders within 72 hours of the delivery date.

The shop will refund the money back to your account linked to the gateway within approximately 7 business days. Amount via Internet Banking, Bank Transfer, Counter Service Will return the money back to the account number provided by the customer Within 7 working days
